What Skills Are Needed in the Age of AI?

As AI technology continues to evolve, organizations across many industries are experiencing greater efficiency and creating new forms of value.

At the same time, effective and responsible AI use requires more than simply learning how to operate AI tools. Understanding AI literacy, AI ethics, and AI governance is becoming increasingly important.

With the rapid adoption of generative AI, organizations are also facing new challenges related to risk management and decision-making when implementing AI solutions.

NobleCamps Coffee Chats brings together participants interested in AI workforce development and AI education for organizations, providing opportunities to learn from real-world examples and discuss both the potential and challenges of AI adoption.

One of the unique strengths of the event is the opportunity to share practical insights and diverse perspectives through conversations that cross industries and professional backgrounds.

The Importance of Responsible AI Use and AI Literacy

As AI becomes increasingly integrated into every industry, it is more important than ever to develop not only technical skills but also a strong understanding of Responsible AI and AI literacy.

This Coffee Chats session provided an opportunity to reflect on the importance of engaging with technology from a human-centered perspective while recognizing both the benefits and possibilities of AI.

Because participants came from diverse industries and backgrounds, the discussion generated valuable insights into what AI skills mean in practice and how they can be applied responsibly.
